1. Materials adopt high-quality aluminum alloy plate and 3M reflective sheeting orChina domestic reflective sheeting .
2. Aluminum plate and reflective sheeting are cut into square or circle according to national standard size.
3. Clean the aluminum plate. Then abrade and roughen its surface with scouring pad. Dry it after cleaning by water.
4. Stick the reflective sheeting to the cleaned aluminum plate by hydraulic machine.
5. Letters and pictures are of computer typesetting and engraved directly on reflective sheeting by computer engraving machine.
6. Picture silk-screen: screed evenly the 3M special printing oil on reflective sheeting. Then bake the printed sheeting in baker for two hours.
7. Press the carved pictures and letters on reflective sheeting .
With a good reflective and warning performance,traffic signs are widely used on highways, public roads, residential areas and parking lots.
It is anti-ultraviolet, durable, of clear surface images and easy to install.
