A: Yes, for all of low value products, we can offer the samples as free, and the customer has to pay for the freight, or we can send samples by post, but the shipping date will be more than 20 days, and it could not track the package; so we do suggest delivery by express.
All the products we can offer samples before order, for the high value products, we have to charge basic samples cost and freight.
Q: When we can get the sample?
A: If the sample we have be in stock, we can send the samples within one week, otherwise, it needs around 2-3 weeks.
Q: How long we can get the order after we finished payment?
Usually the production time is around 30 ~ 45 days, some other products the lead time will be around 45 ~ 60 days.
