Q:  Can you design the display or packaging?
A: Yes, we can provide both structure and artwork design base on your request or concept.

Q:  What's the cost of design?
A:  It is free for structure design, but photograph and artwork design need to quote base on product.

Q:How can I get a quote? What is the information need to provide?
A: Please provide the dimension, material spec（we can suggest you the material spec base on the weight of products） printing spec, coating spec, quantity.

Q: How long to get a quote and what's the validity of the quotation?
A: When all information is /confirm/ied, the offIcial quotation will be sent within 24 hours and the validity of the quotation is 30 days.

Q: Can I get mockup sample?
A: Sure, you need to pay the sample fees, it will be refunded when PO is /confirm/ied.

Q: How long to get sample ready?
A: 1-2 working days for mockup white sample, 3-4 working days for digital printing proof, 5-7 workding days for printed mass production sample.

Q:What is the leadtime of production?
A: Normally it would take 12-15 working days for display, 7-10 days for color box and PET box when size, artwork and PO are /confirm/ied.

Q:Do you usually provide quantity more than what customer order or exactly the same ?
A: Normally we can provide 1% extra base on the PO quantity.

Q:How to ship sample and goods?
A: Samples and small quantity can be shipped by express company(UPS,DHL & Fedex), big quantity, it is better to ship by sea with LCL or FCL.
