Q2: Can I get product samples?
A2: Free samples to you check the quality. but shipping cost need to be paid by you.
Or after price /confirm/iation, you can require for samples which your design to check our quality, but sample cost need to paid by you. And the sample cost can be refundable if your bulk order quantity reach our request.. 

Q3: What's the MOQ?
A3: No MOQ requested, Can be any quantity as your requested.

Q4: What's color can we use?

A4: Pantone color as well as the common 4 color (CMYK) process, any color is available.
      We also have 28 colors in stock for you choos, Please see above color option. 
 

Q5: When can I get the quotation?

A5: We usually quote within 30minutes in the time of our work, Or 8 hours in the time of out our work. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
 

Q6: What kind of files do you accept for printing?

A6: Artwork in PDF, Core Draw or AI format is ok.

Q7: Can you do the design for us?

A7: Yes. We have a professional design team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas

into perfect products. It is also ok if you do not have the complete files. Send us high resolution images, we

can design the layout you want.

Q8: How long can I expect to get the sample ?

A8: After you pay the sample charge and approval the layout, mostly, the samples will be ready for delivery

in 5-6 days. The samples will be sent to you via express, it is ok to use your own express account or prepay

us if you do not have an account.

Q9: What about the lead time for mass production?

A9: One week if the quantity less 3000.
      12 days if the quantity Less 10000pcs.
       Special packaging and customized special lanyard, The production time will according actual situation. 
 

Q10: What's the payment term?

A10: We can accept for Paypal, Western Union, Money gram and T/T, Full prepaid for small orders and 30% deposit and balance 70% before shipping for big quantity.

Q11: What is your terms of delivery?

A11: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective

for you. Also we have VIP accounts in Fedex, DHL and UPS, We can get a low shipping cost if you want prepaid cost.
