 Yes , we can help with your design, please send us original pictures & words in document and describe your promotion aims in details, mockup will be ready later and send back to you.

2.How long is the warranty of your product?
This flag is made of polyester which is the most common one, it could be used indoor at least 1 year under natural environment without doubt

Because still now we do not clear where products will be used in, we just could promise one year quality guarantee when used indoor and must be get rid of man-made damage and natural disasters

Send the agreement for our check if you finished it, of cause we could find a best way to deal with.

3.Which way do you ship?
1. Shipping by express, by air & by sea depends on demand. Worldwide shipping service are available.

4. What forms of payment do you accept? 
We accept payment by T/T (certified bank telegraphic transfer money)

5. What kind file should be good for printing?

  The vector file is best in PDF, AI, EPS, CDR or PSD format, CMYK color, 100-150dpi.

6.Can I order one piece for sample to test the quality?

Yes, of cause, do you need stock sample or sample ready with your design?

7. What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack the flags in OPP bags. Special items can be packed according to your requirements.
