A range of materials are available. Including 100% Polyester, PVC, Paper, Vinyl and PE.
Standard flag sizes are 10cm x 15cm, 15x22cm, 20cm x 30cm (regular sizes) and 30cm x 45cm,60x90cm, and custom sizes available.
Fully customizable printing options.
Flag shape is fully customizable.
Packaged in individual high quality bags with or without header card.
Sample time 5 days
Production time usually 2 weeks and upon order quantity.
Main 6 Flag Materials:
75D woven polyester for the budget in mind and promotion uses.
100D woven polyester better than 75D and economy fabric
200D Trilobal/Knitted Polyester for durability - longer life.
Paper 157gsm very cheap price and double sided printing
PVC can be double sided printing
PE most cheapest material for big quantity.
75D/100D polyester the common flag material for bunting flags, it is it's a light weight and economy material and perfect for bunting flags.
200D Trilobal/knitted polyester is the durable fabric for outdoor use. But the cost is a little high.
PE material is the most cheapest material. But this material suite for small size and big quantity.
157gsm paper, PVC material can be printed on both sided and 1ply.
Bunting flags are great for sporting clubs and promo events but can be made for any type of event or function.
There are two finishing's for flags either die heat cut or hemmed please let us know which type you need on the quote form.
