4. How long can I expect to get the samples?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready in 6-7 working days.

The samples will be sent to you via express and arrival in 3-5 days.

5.  What kind of files do you accept for printing?

CDR, AI, PDF, etc. and we also can design for you by free.

6.   What about the lead time for mass production?

To be honest, it depends on the quantity.

Generally 5-7 days for quantity at 5,000pcs, 7-10 days for about 10,000pcs.

7.  What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, etc.
