WHY CHOOSE BAMBOO PRODUCT
We use wild organic moso bamboo . After cutting a large bamboo stock a new stock grows back to around 65ft within 2 years.
Bamboostocks are boiled in pure water, dried, heat treated, carved and a natural wax coat applied. Bristles are pressure implanted
intoeach hole. Switching to BAMBOO makes total sense!
Our bamboo toothbrush handles can be composted and in normal commercial composting conditions the bamboo will biodegrade andreturn
to the earth within 6 months.
For an eco-friendly disposal you can pluck the bristles with pliers and compost your bamboo handle. Check with your local
recycling if they recycle nylon bristles otherwise they will have to go in the trash.
The bamboo handle will biodegrade in commercial compost conditions in about 6 months.
OEM Service
The handle
The handle is made of 100% biodegradable Mao bamboo, an environmentally sustainable timber. The subtropical moosoon climate are also beneficial to growth of bamboo in Zhejiang Province. The bamboo is heat treated to carbonize the surface of the bamboo, giving it a quality finish and good service life.The carbonization finishing process provides water resistance and prevents the growth of microbes (bacteria and moulds) during normal use.
The bristles
The bristles are made from soft and medium bristle, nylon, DuPont with high elasticity, longer lifetime, better anti-deformation,enhancing whitening. And the color of the bristles depends on your requirement.
