What is your sample policy?

1. Paid samples are available as per as requirement and specifications.

  sample fee can be refunded if order amount more than USD 5,000.

2. Sample will be sent to you by express with freight collect within 3 working days, so please inform us your own courier account no. when you require a sample.

What is minimum order quantity?

Are they marine life friendly?

Rainbowbear paper straws are as safe for all animals as they are for you and me. Existing study showing that they will break down in 6 months in a marine environment.

Do they have bees wax in them?

Rainbowbear paper straws are not created with beeswax.

Do they have any known allergens?

No, our straws have not been found to have any known allergens. They are used in various hospitals because of this. 

Are your straws made for hot beverages?

Rainbowbear straws are made for only chilled drinks. Using them in hot beverages is the one situation where our paper straws disintegrate faster.  Hot beverages decrease the longevity of our straws.

How long do they hold up in liquids? 

Rainbowbear’s paper straws are manufactured using an average of 33% more material than other supplier and are specifically made not to disintegrate or get soggy and fall apart. In most cases with normal use, our paper straws will last for 2-3 hours. They are specifically made to hold up for hours under normal use and not disintegrate.
