A: Yes.  We are a Beginner on Alibaba from 2017, but have highly professional Manufacturer Experience since 1987. We used to do OEM & ODM fabrication for lots of China domesic trading companies, and they sell our products over the World.

Q3.Could you do design for us? Do Sample before Mass Production?
A:  Yes, our business Advantages are OEM and ODM, we have our own 2D and 3D designer available to provide you customize Design Service. We also have 3D Printing Machine and CNC Machine to provide you Prototype if you need.

Q4.What kind of format I should provide you for Customize Printing or Laser Engraving?
A: AI, PDF, CDR besides other Sketch or Drawing available at your end.

Q5. How do I get a product sample before placing formal order? 
A:  When you confirm the product design with us, we can fabricate Sample and express you for confirmation. Please understand we need to require the Sample Fee because every step of  Sample Fabrication requires Material Cost, Labor Cost as well as Management Cost.
But when you place the main Purchasing Order to us, we can return back all Sample Fee to you.
 
Q6. How much time need to cost for Sample Fabrication?
A:  Depends on Product Structure. If product structure is not complex, 7~10 days is required for Sample Fabrication.
 
Q7. How Can I arrange shipment?
A:  1) You can either use your required shipping forwarder, give me the contact information so that we can arrange shipment for you.
2) If you don’t have your own shipping forwarder, just give us the International Airport or Sea port name which is most near to your address, so that we can quote you CIF or DDU Shipping Fee.
You will not have headache even have no experience in handling Import or Export Business, our Project Team will give you professional Guidance and Service during cargo shipment.

Q8. What warranty you can give me?
A:  We accept Alibaba Trade Assurance for all orders we do transaction on Alibaba, Payment on Alibaba is a good way to protect your purchasing rights, if any unacceptable points you find when you received Cargos, Alibaba will fine us and will give you Refunds or Compensation. But for sure, we will not let this issue happen.
