We are OEM factory located in Fujian Xiamen, which have more than 12 years experience during the packaging industry.
2.Can i get a sample of wholesale makeup tools box packaging before place an order?
Of course,we can provide a ready or custom sample box before mass production.The ready sample is free of charge however, the custom sample will occur sample charge.
3.How soon we can get a sample?
Usually, the sample production takes about 4-5 workdays.In addition, the express takes about 3 days.
4.How to start the mass production?
We start the production once we receive the 50% deposite.The balance will be asked after we finished the production.
5.What methonds of payment?
Normally,we make the order link through TT(Wire Transfer), L/C, DP, OA,Credit Card both sample and mass production.
6. What is the Terms of Payment?

7.How many days for shipping? Shipping Methods and Lead Time?
1)By Express: 3-5 working days to your door (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
2)By Air: 5-8 working days to your airport
3)By Sea: Pls advise your port of destination, the exact days will be confirmed by our forwarders, and the following lead time is for your reference. Europe and America (25 - 35 days), Asia (3-7 days), Australia ( 16-23 days)
8.Rule of Samples?
1. Lead Time: 2 or 3 working days for white mock-up samples; 5 or 6 working days for color samples (customized design) after artwork approval.
2.Sample Set-up Fee:
1).It's free for all for a regular customer
2).For new customers, We can refund the sample cost when order confirmed over 5000usd. 3).It's for free for white mock-up samples.
