A: Yes, sure. Before mass production, we can do samples for your checking, after sample approved, we will go ahead with mass production. But before sample production, you have to pay small sample fee, all the sample fee will refund you if quantity not less than 5000pcs.
Q:What's the format of artwork do you need for printing?
A: AI, PDF, Corel Draw avalible for us .
Q: What's the payment way?
A: T/T: 30% deposit before mass production, pay the balance before shipping.Except bank wire, you can also send via West Union or Paypal.
Q: Which shipping mode should I choose?
A: Generally for shipping there have 3 methods : by express, by air and by sea. Before you decide which way you use, pls take some details into consideration, such as weight and volume of the goods, cost, delivering time.If you have any other questions, just feel free to contact us ^_^
Q:What if there is problems with the products after receiving?
A:Since printing products always has color deviation, we can not promise to avoid that, but we will take pictures for you before shipping to /confirm/i.
