1. Domestic transport packaging:
For short distance domestic delivery, using stable carton packaging.
2. International transport packaging:
Except delivery of sample with stable carton packaging, all products are packed in wooden boxes, to ensure the safety of the products in transportation.
Inside: wraped with the protective film
Middle: packed with vacuum bubble
Outside: wooden boxes
For the sample making, normal producing delivery time need about 7 days, shipping by air need about 3days.
For the cargo mass production, normal mass production delivery time need 20 days, shipping by air need about 5days or shipping by sea about 30days.

We guarantee every product of Bobang company has hologram register label, on which marked the date of production, if there is any problem of quality inguarantee period, Bobang will take the responsibility!
We will fabricate and change the new products for free, if the customer want to slove the problem himself, then all the cost can be taken by our company, but the total cost limit is 2 times value of the changed products.
If there are any problem in using period, Bobang can provide the new products for free, but we will not be responsible for any other charges.

Pls kindly send us the product picture with size details, if it's customized item, we need confirm the drawing with you, so if you can send us the logo design file, that willbe nice for us to check the price and send you quotation details.
