1. we have 3 factories and more than 15 years experience about acrylic sheet, ps sheet, extruded acrylic, cast acrylic and tube extrusion.
2. make pmma, mma, ps, pc tube with transparent, milk white, and any color.
3. we can according to customer's demand to choose size, like diameter, length, thickness and colors.
4. the products can be used for lighting accessory, decorations, furniture, package and so on.
raw material: japan 372, lg, lucite, 100% virgin material and recycled material
size: 1220 x 1830mm, 1220 x 2440mm, 2000 x 3000mm and customized size
thickness: cast ~ 2mm-200mm, extruded acrylic sheet and ps sheet ~ 1mm-11.5mm

1.19-1.20 ~ specific gravity
m-100 ~ hardness
0.3% ~ absorptivity of water (24h)
700kg/cm2 ~ coefficient of rupture
28000kg/cm2 ~ coefficient of elasticity
92% ~ transmittance (parallel rays)

100ºc ~ heat distortion temperature
80ºc ~ ultimae temperature of continuous operation
140-180ºc ~ thermoforming ranges

packaging details: covered with craft paper or pe film on double sides with pallet
bulk cargo packing: 2 tons per tray, use wooden pallets on bottom, with packaging film packages all around ensure transportation security.
full container load packing: 18-20 tons of a 20 foot container with 10 tray.
