1. What information is necessary for getting a quotation?
- The size of the products (Length x Width x Height).
- The material and finishing.
- The printing colors.
- The quantity.
- If it’s possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking, samples will be better for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

2. When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after getting your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will process your inquiry priority.

3. What is the MOQ?
The MOQ of Paper Bag is 3,000 pcs,Gift Box is 1,000 pcs, Stationery is 1,000 pcs, Tag&Sticker is 10,000 pcs, Woven Bag is 3,000 pcs.

4. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price /confirm/iation, you can require for corresponding samples to check our quality, you just need to pay for the express fee.
If you want to customize the samples according to your requests, we will charge for the sample cost, it is around USD 100. But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity is more than the MOQ.

5. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
PDF, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, high resolution JPG.

6. Can you do the design for us?
Yes, we have a professional team having rich experience in designing and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out it. It doesn't matter if you don't have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your LOGO, text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for approval.

7. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us the confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7 days, The samples will be sent to your via express and arrived in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have an account.

8. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 10-15 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products in your hand.

9. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
