Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer in packaging industry for more than 10 years.

Q2: How can I get a sample? How long will it take?
A: For customized sample,we'll confirm the details after receiving your file or samples.Then offer you the solution.You are supposed to pay both the sample cost and freight.It'll take 3-5 days to make sample,then 1-2 days to delivery by express courier like Fedex,DHL or UPS.

Q3: Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes, with a team of R&D,production, sales and superior service, we not only can design ,processing customers' samples and bulk production,but also we can advise how to make the packaging products according customers' target prices.Just tell us your idea,one stop solution service will be provided in Aosheng packaging.

Q4: What is your payment terms for mass production?
A: Payment by T/T,at least 30% of total amount in advance,70% of total amount for balance.

Q5: What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargos?
A: It'll take 7-10 days normally,10-15 days in peak season. Cargos will be packed in standard cartons and piled on pallets,or follow your requirements.Shrink wrapping is available as per request .Then the cargos will bedelivered via sea or air.
