To avoid some factors to stand in the way of delivery and maintaining quality, we
constantly track Overall Equipment Effectveness (OEE).including machine availability and downtime, performance and output and quality asdetermined by critcalmetrics.

we only have create a file about the producton status which is convenient for you to keep track of the order.

Our QC department will take the inspecton before shipment, the QC eport with results and relevant pictures will be sent to you.

Packing and Shipping

1. Flat package

Flat folded fat one or more set into a box, the other with assembly instructions, we design the sample has examination factors of folds, display rack, the general assembly time is 5-1o minutes.

2.Solid packing

Mainly for customers to display after the assembly, and then sent to the customer supply factory installed products after shipment, the packing method we will beequipped with the wing box or a three-dimensional box.

3.Semi solid packing

Installation and disassembly display part or parts, semi solid packaging will display rack. To save transportation space compression effect, the transportation cost. Customers receive the display can according to installation instructions, fast assembling molding and immediately put into use.

Question and Answer

Q: Can you do a construction drawing from your side ?

A:Yes, Kindvast can make the 3D drawing to explain the structure clearer. But it will be not available so fast, I will get back to you when I have it asap.

Q: Can you help to make the graphics design ?
A: Generally, Kindvast can only make the very simple design, such as only put the logo on the header. We cannot help to do the complicated design at this stage. We suggest you to create your graphics by your designer

Q: Can you provide me with more information regarding the product?
A:Kindvast displays are made of corrugated board which is very sturdy. It is foldable , light duty. It will be a great help for
your promotion of the product. OEM is acceptable and Kindvast can custom the design as your request.

Q: The photo shows them printed- do you print them, or can we do that ourselves?
A: Yes, they are printed. Kindvast will print the graphics as your request.

Q: Can you help me to work out the dimensions of the display?
A: Yes, please advise the sizes of your product/packaging and how many product per display. Weight of product is also necessary, to help us decide if need to reinforce the display or not.

Q: Can I print my own company logo on it?
A: Yes, sure. It is customized. You can print your logo and any image you like on it.

Q: Please also advise what material they are made from?
A: It will be made of 350g gray card+ B flute which is 3mm thickness. It will be sturdy enough for your product.

Q: Can we pay via credit card?
A: Sorry that paying via credit card is not available here now. Kindvast have bank account for your transfer. Is it ok for you?
