Laminating unit and unwinding part
This part is used to laminte adhesive layer with liner layer together before die cutting . It also can be used as unwinding parts separately .
Speed can be control , there are sensor to automatic sending out material .
Discharge and air suction parts control panel
This control panel could control the discharge waste speed and direction .Also the air suction for thin material .
Die cutting station
This unit is used to die cut material , you can install the die from here .When material bypass , it pounch and die cut the products . The speed is adjustable , the deepth and power is adjustable too .
Sheeting unit
This is sheeting unit .after die cutting , maybe you need cut them into sheets , three pcs in group or five pcs in one group ,you can set it in touch screen .
Discharge waste shat
This shaft is used for discharge waste after die cutting . The speed and direction of rolling can be control at the control panel . You can increase slowly to test the discharge tension ,make sure it discharge well with nice products .
Wood die
Both wood die and metal die could be used for this machine .You can design your moulds according to your products .We also can introduce die supplier for you in China .
Touch screen
You can set all parameter in touch screen , the length ,batch quantity ,total quantity ,die cutting speed ,etc . It's convenient for workers to operate the machine .
