(1)All fabric,all frames,handles should be inspected when materials finished.
(2)After cutting the fabric,we inspect the fabric panels one by one again.
(3)After stitching the panels,we inspect the canopies one by one again.
(4)After sewing,we inspect the half-finished umbrellas one by one again.
(5)After packing the handles and caps,hanging the tags,we inspect the finished umbrellas one by one again.
(6)After package,our QC will check some by random inspection.
