Engineer Grade EG Glass Bead Reflective Vinyl Film

Engineer Grade Reflective Sheeting is an enclosed film or lens using glass beads optical technology.
This material is specified for use on non-critical street and road signs such as parking signs or wayfinding signs.Standard colors are white, yellow, red, blue, green, and brown.

Engineer grade reflective sheeting is also used often for reflective stickers and decals, as it is
printable both with digital and screen printing methods. It is also cut-table using a die cutter or a vinyl
plotter, which makes it useful for creating reflective decals that are cut to a specified shape.

Engineer grade reflective vinyl utilizes and aggressive acrylic adhesive which makes it difficult to remove. Use of heat from a heat gun or hair dryer will aid in the removal of EG reflective sheeting,
but often the vinyl will separated from the adhesive, and it becomes necessary to use a glue remover
to soften and remove the adhesive.

Most EG reflective films have a 5-7 year outdoor durability warranty, and are not considered a "long term use" material.

1.Series 7200 Acrylic High Intensity Engineer Grade Reflective Film
Series 7200 is a 10 mil, 7-year high intensity construction grade reflective film, designed for the
production of medium-term traffic control, guidance, warning and information signs. Meets
ASTMD4956 specifications for type III retroreflective sheeting. Available in 8 colors.

2.Series 3800 Fleet Inkjet Graphic Commercial Grade Reflective Film
Series 3800 combines printability, flexibility and removability (with heat). Ideal film for applications
over curved surfaces, rivets and corrugations. Available in 14 high-impact colors with a 3-year
outdoor durability rating, solvent adhesive and an 89-lb. PE-coated liner. Solvent inkjet printable. 

3.Series 3200 Arylic Commercial Grade Reflective Film
Series 3200 reflective film is a 3-year,  6 mil film, and is available in 6 high impact colors including 
white, yellow, orange, red, green and blue. Intended for short- to medium- term outdoor use where
compliance with ASTM standards is not required. Series 3200 film features a permanent solvent-
based adhesive and an 89-lb. PE coated paper liner.

4.Series 3100 PET Commerical Grade Reflective Film
Series 3100 reflective film is a 3-year,  5 mil film, and is available in 6 high impact colors including
white, yellow, orange, red, green and blue. Intended for short- to medium- term outdoor use where
compliance with ASTM standards is not required. Series 3100 film features a permanent solvent-
based adhesive and an 89-lb. PE coated paper liner.
