About sample:
1. For the existing samples we have stock, we could provide free samples, but the freight charge need to be paid by customers.
2. If you need samples of your own design or custom logo, you will have to pay the making mold charge (set up charge).
3. We will start to prepare samples for you as soon as we confirm the payment. Your full address (including receiver's full name, phone number, zip code, city and country) should be well declared.
4. If you do not have a DHL, FEDEX, TNT or UPS ACCOUNT for the freight collection, we also accept transfer throught Paypal.

About production:
1. After sample approved, clients pay 30% of full invoice as deposit, then we start production.
2. We send photos or issue mass production samples to clients for inspection after production finished. Clients inspects goods in factory or third party inspection are all acceptable.
3.We arrange shipping as clients' request after payment of balance.

Yes.We have a professional designing team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products.

It is also ok if you do not have the complete files.Send us high resolution images, we can design the layout you want.

Or if you send your logo to us, we will make the artwork for your reference.

5.How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and approval the layout, mostly, the samples will be ready for delivery in 2-3 days.

The samples will be sent to you via express, it is ok to use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

6.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the products you need.

Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry more one month before the date you would like to get the products.

7.What is your terms of delivery?
