A:You can send us email with product details: size, material, the requirements of design, logo and color; if you have samples,it will be much appreciated. We will reply you within 24 hours after we see your samples.

2.Q:How to receive a sample from us?
A:A.Sample lead time: about 5-7 days after samples confirmation
B.Sample fee
(1)Samples without printing-0$ ( before placing order )
(2)Sample with printings-100$(before placing order ) 
After you place an order we will refund you the sample fee
(3)Sample with printings-0$( after the order and deposit)
C.Sample freight is paid by customer

3.Q: How to order with us?
A:Send us inquiry- receive our quotation-negotiate order details-confirm the sample-sign the contract-pay deposit-mass production-cargo ready-balance/delivery-further cooperation.

4.Q:Could you do design for us ?
A: Yes, we can only do simple design and mpdify the original design for you if necessary, but for special design requirement, we can not help as our designer is a Chinese, and you are the best and right person to understand what kind of design is good for your market and for your brand.

5.Q:What kind of format should I provide you for printing ?
A: Adobe Illustrator,PS, In Design, PDF ect.

6.Q:What's your delivery time?
A:7-15 days according to order quantity and season.

7.Q:Packaging and shipping?
A:A.Packaging: standard safe and strong export cartons or according to custom requirement
B.Shipping: 
(1)By air, fast but expensive, usually for small or urgent order (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT...)
(2)By sea, cheap but long time, usually for big quantity (CSCL, COSCO, APL, K'LINE, MAERSK, HANJIN...)
