Shipping Policy:
The freight cost depends on the weight & packing size and your area.
We have our own stable and reliable forwarder and agent who can manage and delivery our each order safely with cheaper and competitive price within shorter time.
1- Regularly, we shipped via Fedex/Dhl/UPS..Express way.(3-10days arrival), suitable for small order.
2- Sea shipping way, (25-40 days arrival), low cost, port to port, usually for large quantity order.
We also offer door to door service if via sea shipping.
Or we aslo accept buyer's forwarder.
Please kindly note: customers are responsible for any custom fees,import fees,and duty taxes charged by their country, we will do our best to help avoiding or reduce the custom fees by declare the items as 'gift" or declare a low value in the invoice.


Custom/OEM:
Custom Logo,color,design is ok.
Please kindly provide one of AI, CDR, PDF or PSD files for your artwork/logo.
Before we process your order into production, you will send a e-mail proof of your imprint for final approval.This step in our ordering process ensures that your order will be produced accurately.


Sample Policy:
1- Usually we offer random sample for free but with your sample shipping freight charge paid.
2- We offer 1-2 pcs each sample randomly, if for more pcs, we will try send to you, if not and you must
Request more pcs, we will charge same sample fees for make more pcs samples to you.
3- For customize sample, we will charge the set up fees of the logo printing and making fee.
But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.


Return Policy:
1- We perform QC check for every process of production and packing, also welcome product checking by third party inspectors of your choice before shipping.
2- In case there is still any quality problem, please notify our sales representative in 7 days after receiving the goods with pictures and details, if it's factory defect, we will send replacements or refund for that defect pieces.
3- We're sincerely and honest to each customers, and offer solution within 24 hours and slove the problem at the earliest date.
