A)Order Placing Procedures

1.Jujia check requirements and quote the price & freight.

2. Make Payment/send us your design or image

3. Take a photo and send you for checking after finished.

4. Send out after your /confirm/iation, and tracking delivery before you get it

5. After sales service.

B.) Shipment

1. By courier(DHL, UPS, Fedex ,China post SAL or others) if small quantity. Normally 7-10 days after sending out.

China Post is much cheaper, but take 1-3 months, which is not recommended by us.

2. By air or by sea if large quantity.

3. If you have shipment agency in China, we are glad to let your agent pick goods from our factory in Shenzhen.

C. ) Payment

1. PayPal, western union, TT(bank transfer), L/C are available.

2. By L/C or by PayPal with amount over USD100, as bank service charge is high, we have to charge some extra fee for them.

3. once the payment is made, you could send us bank receipt. We can prepare your order in advance. But shipment must be made after payment reach our account.

D.) Producing time

1. Sample time is 1-3 days.

2. Mass production time will depend on the quantity, small order production time is 5-7 days, big order production time is 15-20 days.

E. ) Sample

1. Sample is available before mass producing. If required sample is in big size, we have to charge some sample fee, but it is refundable from official order.

2. We will charge courier freight for sample same as the price we get. As we have plenty of resource of international courier agent, we could offer you a good discount on rate.

3. If you have an agent of courier, we are glad that you can arrange to pick the goods from our factory.

F. ) After-sales Service

1. Before shipping, we will show a photo of printing artwork. If any problem comparing with your design, we will reprint for you.

2. After your /confirm/iation, we will pack it suiting for international shipment and send out. If you found any damage on outside package, please take a photo and contact us immediately. We will declare a claim to courier company.

3. If you have any problem on quality(like printing, color or other issues), please contact our salesman without any hesitate. We will give you a satisfactory answer and solution.
