"Spirit und Life" in Dortmund offers a weekend for body, mind and soul and want to give the visitor the ability to deal with the positive and beautiful. The exhibitors want to show with Spirit und Life for one weekend the highly diverse and individual ways for a positive, joyful, fulfilling and healthy life. There, visitors can experience and learn how they can take all these (perhaps new to them) things in their daily lives and to live them there. How you can contribute their positive attitude to the outside world - and can thus positively alter their environment. On the Spirit und Life not only a wide diversity of best practices and latest developments, methods and facilities for their health and spirituality is brought closer to them, but also for wellness and ecology.
